Use a mild, degreasing liquid soap and a soft bristled tooth brush.
Can you stretch my ring size?
Only plain rings (with no stones) that are the same width around can be stretched.
What is the difference between Karat & Carat?
Karat refers to the amount of gold in alloyed gold. Carat is in reference to the weight of a stone.
What type of metal is most popular for rings?

How often should I polish/clean my jewelry/silver?
Only as often as you feel necessary. Everyone wears their jewelry differently. Therefore, the wear on each jewelry piece and how soon it needs to be cleaned will always be different.
How often should I have my stones in my rings checked?
It is best to have your stones checked every 3-6 months for any issues with loose stones, broken prongs, etc. Rings encounter more activities and elements (hands swinging into something can break a stone or prong, as well as exposure to hand washing and other elements) and should be checked more often than earrings and necklaces. We offer complimentary jewelry inspections and ultrasonic cleanings.
