I cannot express my thanks enough! I needed a stone reset to make a ring flush. I first took it to Armstrong jewelers spent $$ and got it back in almost the exact same condition.  Was a total waste of money and time. I tried to take it to irbys jewlers, but they said they couldn’t do it. Then a friend recommended Carleos. Total game changer! They did what no one else was able to or even try to.  Without hesitation, in a fast time frame and at a great cost. I walked in the door with a problem with my wedding ring, I had been told by another jewelry store. They were going to charge me $32 a prong. Corey looked at my ring and said give me just a minute, came back and said he just needed to grind a sharp place down. I was able to walk out with my ring that day.
